By purchasing a ticket and attending our twerk dance class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Health & Safety Liability Waiver
By purchasing tickets and participating in said activities in classes, you are voluntarily agreeing to participate and you thereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury, physical harm.
You acknowledge and represent that you are physically sound and you do not suffer from any illness, impairment, disease or other condition that would prevent you from participating in the class and performing any exercises.
2. Recommended Attire
For the best experience and comfort, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing or shorts.
Knee pads are strongly recommended as some movements involve floor work or pressure on the knees.
3. Class Time & Entry at The Fitness Factory
Class begins promptly at 7:00 PM/AM.
Doors will be locked prior to class starting, so please arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure you are checked in and ready to begin. Late arrivals will not be admitted and no refunds will be provided.
4. Ticket Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance may be rescheduled by the participant (subject to availability).
Cancellations within 12 hours of class are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are welcome to resell or gift your ticket - please notify us of the name change in advance if possible.
Class Passes
A class pass entitles you to book a block of classes (usually between 5 - 10 classes or unlimited monthly ) for a discounted overall amount.
A class pass is non-transferable and no refunds will be given 48hrs before the first class of the block.
Refunds cannot be given after the first class has taken place.
Class passes are for the named class pass purchaser only and cannot be shared.
5. Missed classes
If you know you are going to miss a class, you must notify the instructor before the class has taken place have the class moved. If your class is eligible for moving then it will be moved to the next available class.
Class credit - if the class is at 7pm on Monday, you will have until 3 pm the same day to notify the instructor.
If you miss a class, and notify the instructor after the class has taken place, it will be at their discretion if they wish to give your a class credit. E.g. if the class is at 7pm on Monday, and you have until 11:59pm the same day to notify the instructor.
If you have had a class rescheduled/moved, and you then miss that class, you will lose that class, and will need to book a new class.
6. Filming & Media
From time to time, we may film segments of the class for promotional use on social media.
We will always ask for your consent before including any identifiable footage of you. If you prefer not to be filmed, just let your instructor know before the class begins.
7. Location & Parking
Classes are held at The Fitness Factory, Totnes, located at: The Fitness Factory, Babbage Road, Totnes, TQ9 5JA
Free parking is available directly outside the venue.
And The MIC, Buckfastleigh located at: The MIC, Chapel St, TQ11 0AB
There are paid car parks locally and some road side parking.
